Anticorrosive furan resin is a low-viscosity furfuryl alcohol-furfural type furan resin with good fluidity, excellent acid resistance, alkali resistance, acid-base alternation, and heat resistance, and has improved bonding strength, toughness, and impermeability. It can be used as cement, mortar, concrete, and can be made into fiberglass. This resin is corrosion-resistant to all organic solvents and is an ideal bonding agent that is resistant to acids and alkalis.

In the anti-corrosion projects of industrial buildings and equipment, cement is a very important anti-corrosion material. It is used to bond bricks and scrape the overall surface joints. YJ-Ⅱ furan cement is formulated with furan resin and furan powder in proportion. It has a brown-black appearance, high bonding strength, and good corrosion resistance. In particular, the corrosion resistance of acid-base alternation is better than that of epoxy cement and polyester. Clay. Construction methods and acceptance specifications:
1. Considering that the mixed clay, mortar and FRP rubber must be used within 40 minutes, the appropriate amount of furan resin for each plate of clay is 2-3 kg; when mixing, furan powder must be added first, and then YJ -II furan resin glue can be used only after strict calculation (YJ-II furan resin: YJ-II furan powder = 1:3) and thorough mixing. When the ambient temperature exceeds 30 degrees, the amount of preparation per plate should be appropriately reduced.
2. Add other curing agents of your choice to the cement. (YJ-II furan powder already contains curing agent)
3. For the glue consistency of the acid-resistant lining board, you can try out a plate at the beginning of the construction to determine the suitability for operation. If it is found that the consistency cannot meet the construction requirements, it can be adjusted appropriately, but it is not allowed to add YJ-II furan resin glue for secondary mixing after the cement has initially set or when it thickens and hardens.

Furan resin FRP is used in equipment such as tanks, trenches, isolation layers of equipment foundations and overall FRP products in anti-corrosion projects. FRP is a composite material made of YJ-Ⅱ furan resin as the adhesive and glass fiber (glass cloth, tape, etc.) as the orthopedic (i.e. reinforcing material). It is collectively called reinforced plastic abroad and is also academically known in my country. Called fiber reinforced resin. FRP has outstanding advantages such as excellent corrosion resistance, high strength, and easy molding. It has been widely used in the field of anti-corrosion of chemical equipment and in anti-corrosion projects of industrial buildings and structures.
